Mr. Kamruddin Ansari is a Healthcare entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in Healthcare Industry. Prior to established MJM Multispeciality Hospital, he was working with Roche Diagnostics India Pvt.Ltd & Tosoh India Pvt Ltd (Formerly Known as Lilac Medicare Pvt Ltd) In New Delhi in various capacities viz Zonal Manager, Regional Business Development Manager & Hospital Key Account Manager and managed the business of Biochemistry, Immunology, Immunohistochemistry, Molecular Diagnostics, Point of care, Blood Bank and Digital Diagnostics solutions. He was leading a team and managing business of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan as a Zonal Manager thereafter Managing the key strategic hospital and Lab chain in North India and closely work with Medanta,Artemis Hospital,Asian Hospital,Redcliffe,BLK,SGPGI Lucknow,Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and others.
Mr. Kamruddin Ansari holds a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing & Human Resource from Asian School of Business Management, Bhubaneswar and is graduated in Chemistry with life science. He also holds Certificate course on Hospital and Health care Management from Dr D.Y.Patil Vidyapeeth,Pune and MSME,Govt of India.
He did market research in Bangladesh to study the Business potential of Diagnostics Industry and prevalence of various disease in the country and visited various Pvt and Govt Healthcare Institutions in Bangladesh to complete the same during the year 2014-15. He attended various training and workshop session on Negotiation, Leadership, and team building. He was also the part of Young Talent Round(YTR) Project of Roche Diagnostics India which is an initiative of HR to improve the skillset to move to next level in career.
Mr. Kamruddin Ansari has been awarded for his excellent work in the corporate world including GM Achievers Club Award and Individual Excellence Award as a National Award Winner and visited many countries Including Turkey, Australia, Malayasia, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Thailand, Bangladesh for official work. He has published one Book review title: Bias for Action” in National HRD Newsletter published from Hyderabad in the year 2008 and many personal views has been captured by national newspaper.
To pursue his dream of setting up a state-of-the-art Healthcare facility in Bokaro, he left corporate MNC Job in Delhi in year 2024 and started working for setting up centre of excellence in healthcare.
He is passionate to bring affordable and quality Healthcare for all in the Bijulia,Bokaro so that patient will get proper healthcare facility. He is a visionary leader, motivators, strategic thinker, team builder and an ardent reader towards making a positive impact into the Healthcare sector.
